As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product distribution and inventory levels to ensure maximum profitability. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
