We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product assortment and inventory levels of our retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to plan and execute product assortments for each store
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future assortments
- Assist in the creation of seasonal floor plans and merchandise layouts
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies to drive sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
- Previous retail experience is a plus
