Job Title: Barber


As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients in Herning. Your primary duties will include cutting and styling hair, trimming and shaping facial hair, and offering advice on hair and scalp care. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a passion for the latest trends in men's grooming.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and consult with them to determine their desired haircut or style
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to cut, trim, and shape hair
- Offer suggestions for hair color or treatments based on client's preferences
- Clean and maintain work station and tools to ensure a hygienic environment
- Provide additional services such as beard or mustache trims as requested by clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's hairstyles and grooming products
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of haircutting techniques, including fades, clipper cuts, and scissor cuts
- Familiarity with different types of facial hair styles and techniques for shaping them
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to client's needs and provide appropriate suggestions or advice
- A friendly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a barber school or equivalent training program is preferred but not required.
- Experience using straight razors is a plus.
