Handyman Technician


We are a reputable property management company based in Herning seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman Technician to join our team. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify problems and make necessary repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repair or installation projects
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality
- Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding maintenance requests and repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties
- Keep accurate records of work performed, expenses, and project timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Must have own tools or be willing to purchase them for the job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Herning, Denmark. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Denmark without visa sponsorship.
