As an experienced Handyman in Herning, Denmark, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repair. You will use your skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment. Your duties may also include painting, carpentry work, and general upkeep of the property. You must be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, including free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing leaks, changing light bulbs, and fixing broken fixtures
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and make necessary repairs
- Maintain heating and cooling systems by changing filters and performing routine maintenance
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture
- Paint walls and surfaces as needed
- Keep the property clean and tidy by picking up trash, sweeping floors, etc.
- Communicate with tenants or clients regarding maintenance requests or updates on repairs
- Maintain inventory of supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in building maintenance or construction field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, carpentry work, and painting techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for completing tasks accurately
- Good communication skills for interacting with tenants or clients
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) when needed

Preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; trade school certification preferred
- Prior experience working in a commercial building preferred
