Contract Administrator in Herning, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our company in Herning, Denmark. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the contract process, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Experience with legal contracts and knowledge of contract laws is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients or vendors
- Maintain proper documentation of all contracts and contract-related correspondence
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts and propose solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties regarding contract matters
- Assist in developing new contract templates or updating existing ones as needed
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to resolve complex contract issues
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of contract laws and legal terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1300/month
Location: Herning, Denmark
