Office Manager - Herning, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team in Herning, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our employees. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation of office equipment
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
