Part-Time Office Manager
We are hiring a part-time office manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an office manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time role and has little to no experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting as needed
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Plan and execute company events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office administration preferred but not required
