Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Lead sales meetings and presentations
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Denmark.
