Office Manager
We are a dynamic and growing company in Herning seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and strong administrative skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing office budgets, and supervising administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage administrative staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient office functioning
- Create and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget, including expenses and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and repairs
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Organize company events and meetings
- Maintain records of office inventory, equipment, and assets
- Communicate with clients, customers, and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding
- Familiarity with office equipment maintenance
- Proven leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
