Hotel Sales Manager

As the Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Herning, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement sales plans, identify target markets, and build relationships with potential clients. Your goal will be to increase bookings, attract new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets set by the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the hotel management team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1300/month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary depending on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
