Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Herning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service for all guests
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies to make necessary adjustments to drive revenue growth
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the hospitality industry
- Biometric passport required for international travel for business purposes
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Location: Herning, Denmark (non-Danish nationals are welcome)
Salary: 1100$ per month
