We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and continuously monitoring market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Attend industry events to promote the hotel's brand awareness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
