We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay. This is a seasonal job without accommodation, so we are looking for someone who already has their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up on any outstanding items
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Good knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with an hourly salary of 1100$. The working hours may vary according to business needs, including weekends and holidays. This position does not include accommodation.
