Contract Web Developer in Faroe-Islands

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications. Your primary focus will be creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshooting website issues and performing regular maintenance.
- Conducting website performance tests and implementing necessary optimizations.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and incorporating them into website design.
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Developer.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
The role is based in Faroe-Islands. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
