We are a growing technology company in the beautiful Faroe Islands, seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network systems
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure data protection
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
