Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Faroe Islands


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and fixes
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Provide training to clients on how to use new software or equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Faroe Islands.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Faroe Islands. However, candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply.
