Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a computer support specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Faroe Islands. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
$1500 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
