Junior Front-End Developer


We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Front-End Developer to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Junior Front-End Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly websites and applications. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create responsive and visually appealing websites
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality and usability
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development

Requirements:
- A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of popular front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- A passion for learning new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP or Ruby on Rails

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in the Faroe Islands. The successful candidate must be able to legally work in the Faroe Islands without company sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided.
