We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripheral devices
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions or upgrades
- Train end-users on new technologies or software applications as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking protocols, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
