Junior DevOps Developer


We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Junior DevOps Developer to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe Islands. As a Junior DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our software systems. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain software systems in both development and production environments
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software products
- Implement automation tools for continuous integration and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Faroe Islands.
