Junior Data Analyst


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Develop visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and perform quality assurance checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with large datasets
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++

Salary: 1200$ per month
