Data Analyst
We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will help drive business decisions. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Analyze data using statistical methods and software tools to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop strategies for data collection and analysis to improve business processes
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes and make recommendations for changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and other analytical tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization techniques and software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and their applications in analyzing large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
