Software Developer


A dynamic and innovative software developer is needed to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions based on client requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Test and debug code to ensure quality and functionality
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in existing software
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments
- Assist in project planning and estimation
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a software developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL)
- Ability to write clean and efficient code
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferences:
While not required, the following preferences would be considered a plus:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Prior experience working with clients or providing technical support
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed. We also sponsor visa applications for international candidates.
