Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Faroe-Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing native Android applications and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality code for our mobile applications. You must have a deep understanding of the Android platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Android development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services
- Experience with Git version control system
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in codebase
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency
- Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in mobile development

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with benefits package.

Location: This position is located in Faroe Islands. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Faroe Islands.
