Part-Time Information Security Analyst
Location: Faroe Islands, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis in Faroe Islands. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security procedures, policies, and tools to protect our organization's data and systems. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement effective security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor network activity for any potential breaches or suspicious behavior
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, and report findings to management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices
- Train employees on proper security protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, protocols, and tools
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Familiarity with biometric passports and their role in secure identity verification is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport or willing to obtain one for travel purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this part-time position.
