As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress towards goals and provide regular feedback to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify training needs for team members and provide opportunities for professional development

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs
