Team Lead - Biometric Passport Project (Contract)

We are hiring a Team Lead for our Biometric Passport Project in Faroe-Islands. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the development of the project. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of developers, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion of project milestones
- Oversee the development process, providing guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for any escalations or issues related to the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in software development projects
- Strong understanding of biometric technology and passport systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
