Project Manager

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of project management including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
