As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, as well as providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and tools to analyze large datasets
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards for data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and other statistical software/tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in data analytics or a related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
