Quality Assurance Tester



A reputable software development company in Faroe-Islands is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
- Conduct manual and automated testing on various software applications
- Identify, record, and track defects through defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Knowledge of various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $1300 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in Faroe Islands. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
