Entry-Level Software Tester


We are hiring an Entry-Level Software Tester to join our dynamic team in Faroe-Islands. As a Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and report any defects or bugs found
- Collaborate with developers to identify root cause of issues and provide solutions
- Maintain documentation of test results and communicate them to relevant team members
- Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and potential improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using bug tracking tools and software testing tools
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Previous experience is not required but preferred

Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Faroe Islands (citizenship or work permit preferred)
