Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the websites meet our clients' needs and specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality and stability
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Test website functionality across different browsers and devices
- Implement SEO best practices in website design
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing websites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design or related field
- Proficient in web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation provided)
