We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and other concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with our products and services to effectively assist clients
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to efficiently manage client interactions and tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and quality support to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
