Freelance Writer - Faroe Islands


We are in search of a talented and passionate Freelance Writer to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a freelance writer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your writing skills while immersing yourself in the unique culture and landscapes of the Faroe Islands.

Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and informative articles, blog posts, and other content on a variety of topics related to the Faroe Islands
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of content
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies
- Meet deadlines and adhere to project guidelines
- Edit and proofread your own work as well as the work of others

Requirements:
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent research abilities
- Ability to adapt writing style to fit different audiences and topics
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
- Passion for travel, culture, and storytelling
- Fluent English communication skills (knowledge of Faroese language is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for international candidates.

Experience Level: Entry-level/freshers are welcome to apply.

Location: This is a remote position with preference given to candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Faroe Islands.
