Facade Technician
Location: Faroe Islands (Preference for local or EU national)


A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of facades on building structures. This position is suitable for part-time workers, individuals with little-to-no experience in the field, and candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain facades on buildings according to blueprints and project specifications
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues or areas that require repairs
- Repair damaged or deteriorated facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on elevated surfaces or using heavy equipment
- Keep accurate records of time spent on each project and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in construction-related field is preferred
- Previous experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair is an asset but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the possibility of full-time employment in the future. The working hours are flexible, but may include evenings and weekends depending on project deadlines. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
