Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades while adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to architectural plans and specifications
- Repair damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades, including cleaning and sealing
- Inspect facades for any structural issues or safety hazards and report findings to superiors
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, and contractors
- Use specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in facade installation/repair is preferred
- 1+ year of experience working with building facades in a construction or maintenance setting
- Strong understanding of different facade materials, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights as needed
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Faroese language is a plus)
- Valid work visa for Faroe Islands (if non-national)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
