Experienced Roofer in Faroe-Islands


We are in need of an experienced roofer to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various types of buildings. Your main duties will include inspecting roofs for damage, determining necessary repairs, and using specialized tools to complete the repairs. You will also be responsible for installing new roofs on buildings that are under construction.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a roofer and possess extensive knowledge of roofing materials and techniques. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength as this job requires working at heights and lifting heavy materials.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged roof tiles or shingles
- Install new roofs on buildings under construction
- Remove old roofing materials safely and dispose of them properly
- Use specialized tools such as hammers, nail guns, and saws to complete repairs
- Follow safety precautions at all times while working at heights
- Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and project specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a roofer
- Extensive knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license preferred
