We are in need of a skilled and experienced Roofer Foreman to join our growing team in Faroe-Islands. As the Roofer Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of roofers to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of roofers
- Plan and organize daily work schedules for the team
- Inspect work sites and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople
- Estimate materials needed for projects and order supplies
- Install, repair, or replace roofs as necessary
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills
