Dismantler - Faroe Islands
As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for dismantling and separating various materials and components from vehicles, machinery, or structures. Your main goal will be to carefully disassemble these items in order to salvage usable parts and materials for reuse or recycling.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and remove all usable parts and materials from vehicles, machinery, or structures
- Utilize hand and power tools to disassemble items in a safe and efficient manner
- Sort and organize salvaged parts and materials for storage or disposal
- Dispose of hazardous materials according to company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify valuable parts and materials
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures when handling hazardous materials
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Faroe Islands. Preference will be given to local candidates, but we are open to candidates from other nationalities who are able to obtain necessary work permits.
Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in place.
Visa Sponsorship:
We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have valid work permits for Faroe Islands.
