Contract Architectural Technologist - Faroe Islands

We are a leading architectural firm based in Faroe Islands, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a Contract Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the development of construction drawings and plans for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise construction drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this contract position. This is a full-time role with the potential for extension or permanent employment.
