Junior Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Faroe Islands. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create innovative and functional designs for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to communicate design ideas to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Review project plans and make necessary revisions as needed.
- Work within project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Ability to produce detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Nationality/Location Preference:
We prefer candidates who hold a biometric passport from any country. Candidates who have experience working on projects in the Faroe Islands will be given preference.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
