Junior Commercial Architect
We are a reputable architectural firm based in the beautiful Faroe Islands, seeking a motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with an eye for design

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects on various commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Research materials, products, and construction methods to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their goals

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)
Location: Faroe Islands (preference for local candidates)
Experience: No experience required; training will be provided.
