We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping malls, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, layouts, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities before construction begins
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time completion within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in commercial architecture to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture (part-time experience will also be considered)
- Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position.
