We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Faroe-Islands. They will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various building projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. The successful candidate will also be involved in overseeing construction projects and ensuring that designs are implemented correctly. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for building projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and incorporate them into the plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accurate measurements
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Oversee the implementation of designs during the construction phase to ensure accuracy and quality
- Make necessary revisions or adjustments based on client feedback or project constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to create accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
