Part-Time Industrial Architect - Faroe Islands

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe Islands on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and production plants. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented architect with a passion for industrial design, who is looking for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial facilities
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using specialized computer software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed during construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of industrial building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Salary: $1600 per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation can be provided if needed)
