Job Title: Industrial Architect - Faroe Islands

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe Islands. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to determine their needs and creating functional and efficient designs that meet all safety and building code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for industrial facilities
- Design and create plans for new industrial buildings or renovations of existing structures
- Ensure all designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure construction is following the design plans
- Oversee the work of contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to all nationalities.
