Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Faroe-Islands and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and desires for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is being constructed according to the plans and meets safety standards
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
