Industrial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure that the design meets all functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing plans for industrial buildings, warehouses, factories and other structures
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Creating detailed drawings, blueprints and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the design
- Working closely with contractors to monitor construction progress and make any necessary adjustments to the design
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporating them into the design
- Ensuring that all building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards are met in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Proficiency in using CAD software for designing industrial buildings
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
