Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are a thriving architecture firm located in the beautiful Faroe Islands, known for our innovative and sustainable designs. We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team.

As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all phases of project development including planning, design, construction, and project closeout
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure it is reflected in the design
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- A passion for sustainability in architecture

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a contract position open to all nationalities.
